PHASE 3 - ANNUAL 2-DAY BOOT CAMP

Day in and day out hundreds of thousands of people train in the martial arts, some for hobby, some to compete, some to lose weight, others to learn and indulge in a new philosophy or culture perhaps. Then there are those who train for self-defense, or at least... a certain 'level' of self-defense.
