PHASE 3 REQUIREMENTS

The Hand to Hand Combat Program is PHASE 2 of Senshido's Programs. In order to make it to PHASE 3 - The Zombie Squad it is required to have participated in 175 hours of the Hand to Hand Combat Program, 80 Hours of the Kick Boxing Program and The Get R.E.A.L. (Realistic Experience Applicable to Life) seminar.

Upon passing PHASE 2's Requirements, the student is given 2 Certificates of Participation. 1 For the Hand to Hand Combat Program, 1 for the Get R.E.A.L. Seminar.

Senshido's Hand to Hand Combat Program is designed to heighten your skills as a complete and holistic fighter and athlete. Learn how to integrate kicking, boxing, close quarter combat and grappling together fluidly. Each range has been "field-stripped for immediate application" in a realistic environment.

Senshido's group class programs are divided into 3 PHASES.
