Take advantage of this free pass. Print it and upon presentation of the pass, you will get a 1 week free trial at our group classes. Any friend or family member wishing to join you will automatically get a free week trial as well.

Free trial week for the personal protection program must begin either on a Tuesday evening from 7:30 to 8:30pm or a Saturday afternoon from 12 to 1pm and continue from there... (kickboxing program can begin on any day where classes are offered.)
